Early employment with Alan Baxter and Associates following graduation provided a considerable breadth of experience including work on theatres, historic buildings and the contemporary refurbishment of a grade II listed Victorian warehouse. After joining Elliott Wood partnership in 1995, David Morgan became a Partner in 1998 and has always been involved in a wide range of projects of varying size and complexity. From small complex residential projects involving structural glass and new basements, to larger multi-million pound redevelopment plans for retail clients. Projects are always tackled with a fresh approach, working closely with the client and design team to achieve optimum solutions to the particular challenges posed by each project.

Education projects have formed a significant proportion of David’s workload in recent years, ranging from Surestart nurseries to higher education and further education buildings. The experience gained on these projects is a fundamental factor in the drive for continual improvement in all future work.
