This project involved the refurbishment of what was originally a Victorian warehouse building constructed in masonry with cast iron columns and beams. 

Works involved forming large openings in existing walls and floors in addition to extending parts of the mezzanine and the first floor. 

Two feature staircases were constructed to match the original style of the building and to suit the crude industrial design required by the client.
