Elliott Wood Partnership were appointed by The Sorrell Foundation to design and detail the construction of a large sundial with a 6 metre diameter which can also be used as a performance space.

The design incorporated seating around the sundial to create an amphitheatre seating.  This forms part of the joinedupdesignforschools initiative created by the Sorrell Foundation.
