Extensive underground drainage design to ensure flexibility of fit out at a later stage was essential to the project philosophy.  Detailed discussions with the E.A. to safeguard the adjacent River Tame, were an important element in the design process and produced an economical drainage scheme whilst ensuring adequate on site pollution controls to protect the receiving waters.
