Our operations team are on the lookout for a proactive, highly organised Operations Project Coordinator to join our rapidly expanding business and provide support to our wider operations team.

Our new Project Coordinator will be a team player that can demonstrate sound database experience, preferably in the construction sector, and be comfortable working in a fast paced, busy environment. If this sounds like you, we’d love to discuss this opportunity with you further.

About the role

Your main duties will be split across two main functions of Operations Support and Business Admin:

Operations Support

  • Supporting the Operations Manager with various functional projects
  • Managing our Copyright, Data Protection and GDPR processes, ensuring they are effective, compliant, and implemented across the business including delivery training sessions and relevant guidance
  • Supporting & maintaining our existing accreditations: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, Acclaim
  • Work with the Operations Manager to ensure all processes across the business are efficient and effective, ensuring all information is easily accessible, up to date and providing value to the business.
  • Be a database champion and help deliver training, engaging with the team to share hints and tips and insights into how we can further improve our systems and processes.

Business Admin

  • Line Management responsibility for the business admin team
  • Complete thorough audits of the database working with the business admin team and engineers to ensure all project data is populated and up to date
  • Supporting the team where needed with
  • Setting up projects
  • Document control

About you

The successful applicant will have:

  • Office and Front of house experience of a minimum of 5 years
  • Database data entry and data controller experience of a minimum of 3 years.
  • The ability to work well with others and autonomously
  • Strong time management experience with a proactive approach to work tasks
