Elliott Wood makes the Building Good Employer Guide – 7th Year in a row!
Once again Elliott Wood is featured in The Building Good Employer Guide Top 50 for the 7th year in a row!
Consultants, contractors, house builders, and other industry firms were invited to take part in the selection process for the Good Employers Guide 2016. An online survey is sent to all employees which they then complete anonymously. The results of which are collated by Building and scored against their peers. The survey gauges the strength of feeling on the company’s performance in nine key areas: leadership, corporate social responsibility, employees’ opportunities for smarter working, career progression, the company’s response to current market conditions, the promotion of mental wellbeing, and how likely staff would be to recommend their company to a new entrant to the industry.
Elliott Wood is extremely proud to be in the top 50 good employers guide for the seventh year in a row. An achievement which highlights the importance we put on the wellbeing of our staff.
