When we first set out our ambition to Engineer a Better Society, B Corp – or the idea of being a purpose-led business – was still in its infancy. This purpose drives us to make a difference to our team, community, and industry – and so we’re very proud to have gone full circle, our B Corp Certification being a great acknowledgement of the impactful initiatives and work we’ve delivered.

Material Impact Report 2024/25
Where do the materials we use come from? How much harm do we cause? We can't change the way we design without first answering these simple questions.
Our Material Impact Report is the start of that journey, setting out what we already know and what we need to understand. It discusses how we can transition from degenerative to regenerative. And it's a commitment to people and planet - to learn, listen, and act.

What’s next?
From our Structural Carbon Tool to our collaborative co-working space, The Society Building, we back up our ambitions with action. Our B Corp certification represents a roadmap for walking the talk, which as an industry we all need to do. It also gives us a quantifiable framework and methodology to gauge and score these actions – to bring our clients along the journey, further deliver on our purpose – and inspire others to do the same.
