MIPIM 2025
25.02.2025

Tyres pumped and swimming caps on, our team attended MIPIM 2025, hosted a coffee ride and fundraised for charities, Club Peloton and Streets of London.
Our team members on the ground were Mark Goodbrand (Board Director), Jonathan Martin (Director) and Louisa Treadwell (Sustainability Associate).
A swim, coffee and a ride
We started our day with a blend of cycling & networking
Headed by Jonathan Martin, we led an invigorating coffee ride each morning during MIPIM.
It was a great opportunity to network with fellow MIPIM attendees while enjoying the scenic roads of the French Riviera.

We took a dip with SwiMIPIM
We held our biggest SwiMIPIM yet, with more than 40 architects, engineers, developers, and other built environment professionals joining us for a 1 or 2km open water swim.
A huge thank you to our co-organisers dMFK Architects, our special guests Kunle Barker and Deputy Mayor of London Howard Dawber, the support crew, The London Stand at MIPIM, and of course, our dedicated swimmers.
The swim was all for a good cause, raising much-needed funds for Streets of London. So far, we've raised over £10,000 towards specialist support for people who are homeless.
Get in touch if you'd like to join us for next year's swim.

Supporting vulnerable young people
Louisa Treadwell, Sustainability Associate, jumped on her bike and cycled to MIPIM in Cannes.
At 1405 km, the total distance was a challenge but it was all for a good cause. Supporting Club Peloton, a grant-making charity making a real difference for vulnerable people in the UK. Louisa completed the ride and raised over £1,000 thanks to the support of her friends, family and colleagues.
