The OWO Sweeps AHEAD Europe Awards

Our luxury hotel scheme Raffles London at The OWO has been named "Hotel of the Year" at the prestigious AHEAD Europe Awards. The adaptive reuse of Churchill's War Office into a luxury destination also won awards for "Hotel Conversion," "Suite," and "Accessibility."

More than eight years in the making, The OWO resides in one of London's most historically significant addresses: the Grade II* listed Old War Office. This historic building, which witnessed world-shaping events of the twentieth century, has undergone a monumental transformation under the ownership of The Hinduja Group and Onex Holding.

It is a technically and logistically complex project that required close collaboration between the design and construction teams to continually push the limits of what’s possible when working with such a historically significant building.

We are immensely proud that the scheme has been recognised. It's a true testament to the Hinduja Group's vision, EPR's design, and the countless talented contractors who helped shape this landmark project.
