The Building Society – Engineering A Better Society

The Building Society

The Building Society

With two locations, situated in the heart of Fitzrovia in Central London and in Wimbledon, The Building Society is a new coworking space and networking community for everyone working within the built environment sector.

As engineers we know that with the right approach a physical space can reset behaviour and habits – can inspire, uplift and redefine mindsets. To help us work more openly and imaginatively we created The Building Society, a space designed to support a collaborative community of like-minded individuals and organisations interested in the built environment. A place to bring thinkers and makers together. A place where we can all start to engineer a better society.

By facilitating creative and technical sharing we aim to elevate industry knowledge and inspire people, projects and policies that can shape social and environmental reform. Supported by a programme of talks, events and learning opportunities, the network enables people of all built environment disciplines to work together, collaborate, debate and lead change.

The Building Society is welcoming new tenants and members, and is available for meeting room and venue hire.

At a time where new thinking and collaboration is so important, The Building Society offers much-needed space and a sense of community to help us Engineer a Better Society.
