This impressive 420,000 sqft new development at the centre of City road will offer a mix of office, PRS residential, amenity and commercial space. Elliott Wood have been appointed from the early feasibility stage to develop the structural solution that will realise the full potential of the bomb damaged former hospital site.
The design, which received planning permission in 2016, includes a 22 storey tower above a seven storey office floor plate. Active constraints include the northern line underground tunnels within the adjoining City road and the adjoining seven storey office building directly adjacent to the site.
